Sorry if this issue has been addressed for this mower. The Toro recycler, Kohler 149cc mower is about 2.5 years old. It has the dreaded no start condition. The engine fires up, then stalls. I had this condition fixed at Home Depot last year successfully, but it has recurred.I have the lock-in-reverse problem with a 2-year-old 20092 Personal Pace mower. Problem developed over a period of a month or so. Not a problem on hard ground, so it's a clutchy-feely problem of some kind.
